Prepare & fix insulation board
Scaffolding goes up, the wall is prepared, and insulation board is bonded and mechanically fixed to the elevations. We set out starter tracks, beads and reveals carefully so the insulation layer is continuous with no cold bridges around windows and at the eaves.
Base coat & reinforcement
A reinforced base coat with embedded mesh is applied over the boards to create a tough, crack-resistant substrate, and details around openings, sills and corners are reinforced so the system stays sound through thermal movement.
Finish, detail & sign-off
We apply the chosen finish — a flexible self-coloured silicone render or a brick-slip system — complete the weathering details around sills, downpipes and the roofline, then strike the scaffold and clean down. The property is warmer, weatherproofed and positioned for a higher EPC band.
